The single room (10 sqm excluding the bathroom ) boasts a stunning view of the city and is very bright. It faces the old medieval district of the city, distinguished by towers, loggias and the 13th century Palagio di Parte Guelfa..
The room vaunts a large and comfortable private bathroom with shower, Tv LCD, mini-bar with a small free welcoming drink, free Wi-Fi internet connection, double glazing, air conditioning or heating, a free shower pack (soap, shampoo/shower gel).
The room is cleaned every day, with a daily change of towells; bed linen is changed twice weekly. On request we can supply a hairdryer and an iron.
The room contains a single bed (90×190 cm), a wardrobe, a writing desk and a chair. It can accommodate only one person.
It isn’t possible to add another bed in this room.
The room is no-smoking.
Our rooms are all peaceful and quiet. The double-glazed windows, fourth floor rooms and pedestrian-only zone of the area ensure a level of immunity from the usual noises of a city. As long as windows are kept closed. Our central position though means it’s advisable in summer months to not sleep with the windows open.
We offer an elevator (lift), but there are 22 steps to get to it from the ground floor and there are 6 more steps to get to some of our rooms. We are sorry but we are not able to offer an easy access if you have disabilities.
